PDA member Ian Williams, one of the UK’s largest privately owned property services companies, is proud to announce its renewed achievement of the 2025 RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) Order of Distinction Award. This prestigious honour is uniquely given to organisations that maintain RoSPA Gold Award status for a minimum of 15 successive years.

We have a responsibility to ensure that every employee comes home safely from work, every day. The RoPSA Order of Distinction endorses the fact that we remain able to demonstrate that not only do we do what the law requires with regards to employee health, safety, and welfare, but we continually strive and evolve to improve our systems and processes for the benefit of our employees, customers and all other stakeholders.
Safety in practice
“An example of how Ian Williams does this in practice is our Safety Culture app. On-site collection and input of safety data and inspections into real-time dashboards provide a paperless record of compliance and helps identify areas where more training or support might be needed. With these insights, the safety training provided to apprentices and upskilling employees by the Ian Williams Academy can be modified to further ensure the safety of all our employees and of course, our customers.
