The prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.
The prize draw starts on Tuesday 19 November 2024, closes on Wednesday 20 November 2024 and will be drawn during the National Painting & Decorating (P&D) Show.
Participants who have visited PDA Stand 96 at the P&D Show, and completed and submitted an entry form, will automatically be included in the prize draw.
Participants will not be able to enter the prize draw once the P&D Show has ended.
Only one entry per day per participant will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same participant, the first entry only will be accepted.
Entry forms submitted for Day One will NOT be carried over into Day Two.
Prizes included within the Painters Win Prizes draw are: 1 x Mirka Deros 56506CV 125/150 230V Electric Orbital Sander with Case (worth over £500) 1 x Purdy Painter’s Backpack (worth over £90) Various Red Letter Day Experiences (worth varying amounts each) Various National Lottery Scratchcards (worth varying amounts each)

Any imagery of the individual prizes used within the promotion are for illustration purposes only and may not be an accurate representation of the product, size, display, features and colour.
Prize winners will be selected randomly during the P&D Show.
If prize winners attend the draw, they will be notified immediately. Prize winners not attending the draw will be notified by telephone or email within 14 days of the closing date, and will be asked to provide contact details of a UK postal address to allow supply of their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within 21 days they forfeit their prize.
If prize winners attend the draw, they will receive their prizes immediately. Prizes winners not attending the draw will have their prizes dispatched by the PDA once the prize winners have been confirmed and notified, and at the expense of the PDA, within 28 days of receiving confirmed delivery address details.
The winners names/images may be included in publicity material and by entering the prize draw you agree to this.
The PDA will securely maintain personal information. Non member personal information will only be utilised for the purpose of notifying participants about their prize draw results, whether they are winners or not, and may include PDA membership information.
GDPR: By selecting ‘Yes’ on the entry form, participants consent to allow their personal information to be stored on a secure PDA email list. This list will be used to send marketing emails from the PDA, which may include PDA updates, events, offers, and PDA membership/Associate Partner information. Personal information will NOT be sold or shared with third parties.
The PDA does not accept any responsibility for any technical or functional issues arising with the items included within the prize draw and will not provide any warranty in relation to the product. Any issues should be referred directly by the prize winners to the appropriate manufacturer.
The PDA reserves the right to withdraw any of the prizes where the customer has not complied with these terms and conditions.
The PDA reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
Participants agree to release the PDA from any liability in connection with the prize draw.
